This softball hitting clinic focuses on helping players build a swing that is repeatable, efficient and adjustable to the pitches they will see in games.
What You’ll Work On:
- Develop a consistent foundation and athletic stance
- Improve load and stride while maintaining balance
- Build a more efficient swing path to improve contact quality
- Work on extension and staying through the hitting zone
- Learn where pitches should be hit in relation to the plate
- Use focused repetitions to reinforce timing, rhythm and confidence
Players will work through drills with a purpose and leave with a better understanding of the adjustments that can help them make more consistent contact at the plate.
Space is limited to maintain quality instruction and meaningful reps.
