Train the Swing and the Approach Needed Against Better Pitching!
As pitchers get better, hitters have less time and fewer mistakes to work with. This softball hitting clinic focuses on building an efficient swing while improving the approach needed to compete against increased velocity and movement.
What You’ll Work On:
- Refine stance, load and stride for a more repeatable launch position
- Improve timing against changing speeds
- Create a more efficient path to the ball and better barrel accuracy
- Work on inside, middle and outside pitch locations and proper contact points
- Develop a more disciplined approach to attacking pitches in the strike zone
- Use situational and competitive rounds to make practice more game-like
Players will work on making purposeful adjustments instead of simply taking more swings, with an emphasis on transferring quality cage work into game at-bats.
Space is limited to ensure players receive quality repetitions and individual attention.
