Take your swing to the next level with Coach JJ Conrad in this small-group softball hitting clinic designed to help players become more confident, consistent, and powerful at the plate.
Coach JJ brings years of high-level coaching experience, having served as a head coach and assistant coach for nationally competitive showcase softball teams while helping players prepare for the next level. His background also includes years of baseball and softball instruction, speed and agility training, and developing athletes through individualized coaching.
During this clinic, players will focus on:
- Developing a balanced, athletic stance and a consistent hitting foundation
- Creating efficient loads and strides to improve timing and rhythm
- Building a more efficient swing path for harder, more consistent contact
- Learning proper extension through the baseball for increased power
- Understanding pitch location and where different pitches should be driven based on where they cross the plate
- Drills players can continue using at home to reinforce proper mechanics
