Our Catchers Training focuses on the details that separate average catchers from trusted, game-controlling defenders. Every drill is purposeful and game-relevant, emphasizing efficiency, strength, and repeatable mechanics.
Areas of Focus Include:
- Catcher-specific footwork & movement patterns
- Framing & receiving with intent and consistency
- Proper positioning and setup
- Balance & lower-body stability
- Clean, efficient transitions
- Improving throw mechanics and achieving a faster, more consistent POP time
- Game awareness, tempo, and leadership behind the plate
