Description
Build a Swing That Holds Up in Games
This is not a “grab a bat and swing” clinic. Our Softball Hitting Clinic is led by the In The Zone Baseball & Softball Academy staff and is designed for players who want to understand why their swing works—or doesn’t—and how to make it more consistent under game speed. We break the swing down, build it back up, and connect mechanics to real at-bats.
Areas of Focus
- Timing & Rhythm – syncing the body to the pitch, not guessing
- Load & Separation – creating stretch without drifting or rushing
- Power Position – arriving balanced, stacked, and ready to fire
- Bat Path – efficient, adjustable paths that stay through the zone
- Approach – understanding counts, pitch zones, and intent
- Connection & Adjustability – fixing common swing leaks before they become habits
How This Clinic Is Different
- Instruction is progressive, not random
- Drills are purpose-driven and game-relevant
- Feedback is clear, honest, and actionable
- Players leave knowing what to work on next
This clinic is ideal for players who:
- Want more consistency, not just occasional hard contact
- Feel “close” but can’t translate cage swings into games
- Are ready to stop guessing and start understanding their swing
Better swings are built—not found.
Come train with intent.
Spots are limited to maintain quality instruction and meaningful reps.
