Description

In The Zone Baseball & Softball Academy is looking forward to hosting winter training for the Glen Ridge High School baseball program in advance of the 2023 season. The goal of these training sessions is to help players prepare for the upcoming season. In The Zone’s staff of instructors will pre-plan each session to ensure a high level of productivity and best use of time.

Schedule For Glen Ridge High School Baseball Winter Training / Workouts:

There will be eight (8) sessions in total, five(5) taking place at Sports Universe, 355 Eisenhower Pkwy, Livingston, NJ and four(4) taking place at Turf City, 1235 NJ-23, Wayne, NJ and one (1) session taking place at In The Zone, 166 Gold Mine Road, Flanders, NJ
