Led by Coach Thomas Ippolito, this advanced pitching clinic is for pitchers ready to go beyond simply throwing strikes and start building a more repeatable, efficient and competitive pitching process.
What You’ll Work On:
- Learn an efficient pre-throw and pitching warm-up routine
- Refine balance, direction, tempo and repeatable pitching mechanics
- Improve fastball command to both sides of the plate
- Understand how the lower half and upper half work together through delivery
- Work on controlling the running game and competing from the stretch
- Review arm-care habits and drills pitchers can continue between outings
Players will receive direct feedback throughout the session with an emphasis on understanding what they need to work on next, not just accumulating bullpen throws.
Space is limited to maintain quality instruction and meaningful reps.
